Good

The location of this guest house is amazing. Walking distance to the night market, to a good amount of restaurants, to the old town and so on. I also liked having a fridge in the room to keep some snacks and have cold drinks available. The fan was a plus in my eyes too as the AC was too cold for me in the night. The view from my window (courtyard and plants) was nice too.

The beds were a bit harder than I like (although I really am a soft mattress person, so that is to be expected to happen in Asia). I also prefer paying online, here I had to pay in cash to avoid upcharges by the owners bank if I were to pay with a credit card.

An Enjoyable Stay

Staying in Chiang Mai's old town. Value for money. The very helpful owner / operator, May, helped make it enjoyable.

Being woken up by the noise of early morning garbage collection in the street beneath our window - minor issue, nothing a pair of earplugs can't fix. Otherwise, the area is quiet, and close to services, restaurants and cafés.

Worth your money!!

For the money i paid, it was perfect. Really nice house women. Very kind! The beds were alright en the shower wasn't that bad either. Overall a really good place to stay! (ps. if you step outside you're already surrounded by good food places)

Chiang Mai has many things to offer, even after many visits

This is a good location, not far from the Tha Phae Gate, and can easily be reached on foot from the Chiang Mai railway station. The room was relatively spacious, with a small desk, a TV, a wardrobe, ... The hostess is a nice person to chat with.

Wonderful

Metira (the owner) was so kind and helpful during all our stay! We booked for 6 nights and she upgraded our room to a better one without asking more money! She recommended us all the most beautiful places to visit and she also helped us on booking the activities that we wanted to do during the stay. Well working wifi, powerful fan and comfy beds.

Our room was at the third floor and there isn't a elevator but it's not a big deal. Maybe the bathroom was a bit small, but there were everything i could need.

The person handling guest services was very nice and accomodating. The location is great in Chiang Mai. Close to everything. Very peaceful and quiet

The property is a bit old and needs some touch ups. Eg: Have to strugle pulling out the key from the lock.

Clean and comfortable, great location.

Booked garden vIew but no garden here anyway. Balcony 3ft from the wall opposite, window facing another window 3ft away. No elevator, but ok if you only have lightweight luggage. I stayed 1 night, moved to hotel opposite for 3 weeks.

all great - asked for & got quiet room. minifrig & desk! AC is essential with current air issues.
